Power Aero Suites

Work Order Management Software

Optimizing Repair Hub with MRO - 145 Repair Shops & In-house Maintenance

Work orders are the backbone of every maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operation. They capture what needs to be done, who performs it, how long it takes, and which parts were used. Many shops still rely on paper binders or generic systems that don’t account for aviation complexity. Power Aero Suites  is an all-in-one aviation ERP designed for FAA/EASA environments and Part 145 repair stations.

By connecting work orders to inventory, labor capture, engineering instructions, scheduling, and finance, Power Aero Suites helps teams control turnaround times, maintain traceability, and understand true costs.

What makes Power Aero Suites suitable for Part 145 repair stations?

Power Aero Suites ties work orders to traceable parts, controlled publications, sign-offs, and financials to help maintain audit-ready records for regulated environments.

Can technicians clock time and scan parts from the hangar?

Yes. Techs can clock in/out and record work at the WO or task level using badge scan or device-based clock-in/clock-out, and Stores can scan and issue parts.

Do you support approvals and audit trails?

Yes. PAS records sign-offs with user IDs/timestamps and can generate an audit pack. PAS provides the tools; customers remain responsible for record accuracy.

How do quotes become invoices?

Build a quote from estimates; on release, PAS applies your pricing rules (flat rate, T&M, cost-plus) and posts taxes/surcharges automatically.

Can I schedule by bay or crew and see capacity?

Yes. Plan by date, bay, or crew with workload versus capacity views and planning screens that make multi-task packages clear.
